Cured meats have always been essential foods, an art craftsmanship.

One of our key products is the chorizo, as same as Ibericos and sausage, steaks,..., a unique flavor without preservatives and fat just to appreciate the unique flavor of the Iberico.

"La Pepona" is our brand of "Marca de Garantí Chorizo Zamorano", made exclusively from the noble parts of the pig, with tripe and paprika D.O. only.

The manufacture of pickled products such as loins, bacon, ribs, etc. implies a purely artisanal production, with an appropriate gripping. This whole process is followed from the selection of raw material.

The production process of our hams and is monitored carefully to get an exclusive product, starting with the salting and going through the slow process of healing to get the final result.

The whole process culminates with the proper labeling and packaging of each product and the storage of foods at a temperature that each of the products required.

We have a storage capacity for 1,000 pallets.
